How to Get Admitted

“Coastal Carolina University is a public, comprehensive, liberal arts institution. The university offers baccalaureate programs to approximately 8,867 undergraduate students in 55 fields of study including acclaimed programs in marine science, resort tourism and professional golf management. Graduate programs include an M.B.A. Waties Island, 1,062 acres of pristine barrier island on the Atlantic coast, provides a natural laboratory for extensive study in the sciences. Coastal Carolina University, founded in 1954, is a public, comprehensive university. Its 630-acre campus is located in Conway, nine miles from Myrtle Beach. Coastal Carolina University has 185 official student organizations. Popular groups on campus include Greeks, athletes, STAR members, Leadership Challenge members, Coastal Productions Board, honor societies, the Chanticleer, CCU Customs, gospel choir and intramural teams. Academics and Learning Environment
