СКАЧАТЬ like inspiring others is also a good thing to do. In our lives with live in a hectic world that's busy and everyone is moving at a fast place. There's a time and place for everything so set aside a time where you can be alone and do something that inspires you. Which helps you let your mind think about thoughts which give you inspiring ideas to assist you to move forward in the right direction.

      Creating a space where you can think about things is another way of having that spot where you can go and be alone allowing your mind to focus on thoughts which are going to give you the ideas to have a better outcome. Finding inspiration is a very helpful and you can try different things to see what works for you. Who or what inspires you? can you name or think of someone or something? inspiration can work like magic and can give you that boost to proceed through and work on things that need to be worked on, when we want to inspire others we firstly need to identify what makes people feel good, be happy, smile, gives them that exciting and energetic feeling of excitement, that thing, word or object which makes them get up and move. Once you can find out what that thing is then use it. Ask them the more you know about people inspiration can be found and used to your benefit and theirs. By inspiring yourself first? how and where do you get inspired? think of it as a visualization inside the mind see a picture, photo, image or maybe its a sound listen closely and feel what it feels like then turn all that stuff into your tool to use to inspire and get inspired. Inspiration is wonderful it can make things so much easy for you and those around you who maybe need to be inspired in their lives when you're sharing inspiration use things which they know about, what they care about, what they believe in and what they love. When you need inspiration and want to inspire others no need to always look around for something because that inspiration can come from within you through your voice, your movements, your words and your pictures. Inspiring other you want to make them feel really good enough to make them get up and do something with their life, you'll help them so they stop feeling down and sad. Inspiration it needs to be eye catchy, something which makes people look and read it, something so attractive and appealing so they'll love it and something which makes them think enough to make them re look at it, print it, stick it up somewhere and continue to look it, read it over and over and once they've taken it all in they're inspired and ready to move forward with their work, relationships and problems. We see it in the shops and the malls all the time its everywhere a bit of inspiration shown or hidden in something a sign, a wall, a table, on a product, a song from music being played and maybe even from what someone says this might even be a total stranger. At times when one doesn't have any inspiration they can become stressed, upset, sad, confused, going back and forth nothing makes them say hey I got it this I can do do this so through inspiration a whisper, someone shouting it out, writing it on a blog, through inspiration a dance, a photo, a glimpse of beauty, nature, something pretty can give you an inspirational thought which makes you feel wonderful. Through inspiration a bit of sand from a beach which is surrounded by nice shells, a speck of gold from a fine piece of jewellery, a handmade card which was designed and made with love, a plate of cake which taste delicious given by a neighbour in your street, some hand picked fruit from a friends garden which they picked for you, a poem written from the heart made for you, some flowers which are all different colours wrapped in a big ribbon and plastic given to someone you love, a certificate, medal or trophee created and made for someone who have helped and achieved something so great, a chance meeting of two people who look at each other and smile giving each other a friendly look a moment where two people share, care and talk inspiring each other to live, to learn and to love.

      Chapter 19: Get Over Fear

      Overcome obstacles and fears

      Get over it move on

      There is at times obstacles that prevent us from getting the success and happiness we crave, removing fears can be difficult to do when you are feeling scared and worried about something. Then your mind makes you think the worse when everything is really okay but sometimes people can get paranoid and worry for nothing. Or there might be someone or something that puts fear into your mind you face challenges and you are trying hard to overcome the obstacles that are in front of you.

      Throughout our lives we may find ourselves facing obstacles that stand in our way now and again we may face the same situation over and over and/or something new might come up. Our fears make us feel insecure, afraid and constantly feeling nervous or worried because you fear the unknown or maybe there's something on your mind. Knowing that soon eventually you might need to face that fear and face it obstacles tend to pitch up in our daily lives at times things can just happen.

      Living in fear is not good that makes your life difficult when someone lives in fear they are too scared to live and do things some people might be too scared to go outside too scared to go out and socialize and others might become so fearful they become very ill. Making them not want to do anything fear can drive some to insanity because they are so worried about what's going on no one wants to live like that. Having fears isn't a pleasant thing to experience the worst of all is that people have to live in fear sometimes being fearful of someone or something, fear can drive a person to do such dark and sad things we see those who live in fear the fear they'll never heal or recover, the fear of losing someone they love, the fear of not getting what they want, the fear of getting rejected fear cause panic and when one panics they can become worried, stressed and cause a panic attacks. When you have a fear of something or someone the way to get over it is to take on a challenge which can help you overcome the fear for an example if you fear heights maybe do a tour somewhere where you can go with guided tour guides and a group of people to go up and face your fear of heights, maybe your fear is something else try find something a place or thing or maybe even a person and use that as way to get over it so you can move on.

      There are always going to be obstacles which get in our way and so we just have to get tougher, stronger and smarter having the courage to move them out of our ways if they are hard then to continue to push or even kick or hit and get them to go away your never going to be where you want to be if they're in your way so your choices are move them and be a success or don't do anything and struggle not be happy and don't get the happiness and success that you crave.

      Be confident and try overcome obstacles that stand in your way.

      Face your fears and be brave to deal with it.

      Chapter 20: Memories

      Memories

      We have memories stored in our minds from when we were younger right through to when we are adults. Some people have bad memories and cannot remember every single memory but others can remember everything. Memories get brought up every now and then when people around us talk about things that happened that we know about. Other times when we browse through our photo albums you'd remember a memory from a particular event from our lives we can visualize it in our minds. And can close our eyes and see images from that day memories can be totally forgotten by memory loss that happens to some people and others choose to force to forget somethings. For some people some memories can be of sad times or of a bad experience so they choose to not talk about it. Memories are in our mind and are useful when we need to talk or write and remember something to help us in our current daily lives. When you think of memories you can even remember the exact things you wore or what was said or who was there or the exact date and time and place. Memories are usually moments which we cherish and love to think about special days such as birthdays, Easter, Christmas, weddings etc. the days we celebrated for various things memories can be kept in albums or scrapbooks containing special gifts and things to remember which we find to be of sentimental value. Postcards, birthday cards, photos etc. and other items we keep over the years looking back at them seeing our achievements and success we managed to get through our hard work and dedication.
