      Health is excellent until the 20th. After that you need to rest and relax more. Keep the energy levels high and focus on the essentials. You can enhance the health further by giving attention to the areas mentioned in the yearly report and by looking after the spine, knees, teeth, bones, skin and overall skeletal alignment. Back and knee massages will be powerful, and regular visits to a chiropractor or osteopath will also be good. Spiritual healing techniques will also be powerful. With your health planet Venus retrograde all month, avoid making drastic changes to the diet or health regime. Study things more.

      Finances seem excellent this month. Until the 11th Mercury, your financial planet, is in the 9th house – a fortunate house. Earnings are increased. Foreigners seem important financially, and foreign investments or interaction with foreign countries also bring profits. On the 11th Mercury crosses the Mid-heaven and enters your 10th house. This is a powerful financial period too. Money comes from your good professional reputation and from parent figures, elders, bosses and authority figures. If you need financial favours from the government this is a good time to ask – they seem favourably disposed.

      Venus, your ruling planet, started to move forward on January 31 and she will be travelling forward for the rest of the year ahead. Hopefully you have achieved clarity on what needs to be changed in your personal life and now, as the planets start shifting to the East (this trend will gather strength next month), you have the power to make the necessary changes. You are entering a period of personal independence and can have things your way. Other people and their opinions are always important, but if they don’t go along with you, go it alone.

      You are in a yearly career peak until the 18th, so outward success is happening. Pay rises and promotions could have happened last month, but if not, they can still happen in the month ahead and even next month.

      Mercury, your financial planet, goes retrograde on the 6th, so try to wrap up important purchases or investments before then. From the 6th to the end of the month it is good to review your financial life and see where improvements can be made. It is not a time for implementing your ideas – that will come next month – but for resolving doubts and planning improvements.

      Health still needs watching until the 18th. Review our discussion of this last month – the trends are still in effect. On the 18th your health and energy will start to improve.

      Love is still being tested, but less severely than usual this month. Venus has been travelling with Pluto, your love planet, and is more or less conjunct to Pluto all month. Thus the love life is a bit easier. A foreign trip or worshiping together as a couple can improve things. Singles could have met a special someone late last month. It could happen early this month as well. But marriage is not on the cards right now.

      The Sun conjuncts with Neptune from February 22 to the 24th; this will activate your dream life – and the dream life of family members too. Spiritual understanding – spiritual revelation – will help you solve family issues. Be more patient with family members from the 9th to the 12th – they are apt to be more grumpy than usual. This is a short-term issue.

      A parent or parent figure prospers on the 28th.

      Your 11th house of friendship becomes powerful from the 18th onwards, heralding a social, but not necessarily romantic, period. A good time to be involved with groups, group activities and organizations.

      Last month the Water element was very strong in the Horoscope, with 40 and sometimes 50 per cent of the planets in water signs. We have the same situation in the month ahead. This much water enhances sensitivity, which has its good points: people will be more in touch with their feelings and share feelings more freely. Emotional intimacy becomes easier. On the other hand there can be much hyper-sensitivity. Little things, body language or voice tone, can set others off. So be more aware of this.

      On the 6th (and you might feel this even earlier) Venus crosses the Mid-heaven and enters your 10th career house. She will be in your 10th house all month, bringing a mini career peak. The aspect indicates that you are on top of everyone in your world (or are trying to be). You are number one and will not accept a lesser position, however prestigious. It indicates elevation, honour and respect. You are seen as successful by others. Your personal appearance is a big factor here too.

      Your financial planet is now travelling forwards. Hopefully you have clarified your financial goals and made plans for improvements, as now you can set these plans into motion. Mercury will be in your 10th house until the 17th. This shows earnings from the career (pay rises, your good professional reputation) and from the favour of parents, parent figures, bosses and elders. They are helping your financial goals and are supportive of them.

      After the 17th, earnings come from social connections, from friends and from involvement with groups and organizations. Money can be earned in the online world as well. Mercury will be in the sign of Pisces from the 17th onwards. This indicates good financial intuition, and your intuition will be especially good from the 21st to the 23rd as Mercury conjuncts Neptune. There is a spiritual dimension to supply and providence which you will learn more about from the 17th onwards.

      Love is still being tested and is quite volatile. This volatility increases on the new Moon of the 30th. Relationships don’t have to break up, but they will require a lot more effort to keep going. This same new Moon boosts the career.

      Health is much improved over last month. In addition to what we mentioned in the yearly report, give more attention to the ankles and calves to enhance the health. Avoid risk-taking activities from the 17th to the 19th. There is some disturbance at work then too.

      This is a spiritual kind of month. The Sun is in spiritual Pisces until the 20th, and after that it moves into your spiritual 12th house. This is a powerful time for meditation and spiritual studies, and it is also good for charitable kinds of activities.
