“I am intelligent.”
“I will make it.”
“I am beautiful.”
“I am enough.”
“I am a victor.”
“I am rich.”
Powerful words make powerful people. From Martin Luther to Muhammad Ali, all these great men of history had a reservoir of powerful words they used, and they were the best at what they did. We remember Ali today because of the belief he had in himself. Before every boxing match, he’d say with unhackneyed belief that he is the greatest to ever do it. He was never fazed by bigger and tougher opponents like George Foreman and Frazier. Before the world ever referred to him as the “greatest of all time,” he had always told himself that. He had defeated his mind with positive words by saying them to himself, and thus he became the man he set out to be. The man who has an arsenal of positive words has a powerful aura that draws men to him. In his mouth is heaven situated, and he operates on the frequency of heaven, because everything works together for his good. Positive words open doors that are locked to others. It is a plane of consciousness that translates to a powerful and successful reality.
I am as bright
as the sun’s harsh rays
on days when all the world is a dark alley;
I am a lamp
which nothing dims,
which no wind quenches,
which no storm turns to receding flickers.
I am a lamp
which burns brightly;
a lily with the loveliest of scent,
I burn my best for myself,
and for others…
4. Positive Affirmations Only.
Repetition is powerful. The power of habits is in repetition. The power of practice also lies in repetition. We become what we eventually give ourselves to. We attract our confessions and they eventually shape us. Developing a habit of positive affirmations uplifts you and helps to boost your confidence. It empowers you to attract your deepest desires, and it enables you to adopt a healthier lifestyle, thereby alleviating stress. Positive affirmations help you attract what you want and not what you don’t want.
Positive affirmations are phrased and recited in the present tense, and they are a declaration of what you want to be true in your life as if it were already true. Here are a couple of them by meditation and attraction coaches all over the world curated by DailyBurn—an online health and fitness company. Saying them every day can seem a little bit daunting, but as always, practice goes a long way – constant practice, that is. The more you say them, the more you shape your reality to attract the things you want and need.
Stop being a critic and be a light; don't be a judge, be a model. I think we are far too critical. I think the best way to correct behaviour is to accentuate and affirm positive behaviour and to ignore negative behaviour. There is a time to correct, of course; but my biggest advice would be, 'Affirm your child.' — Sean Covey
To aid in your staying on track, it’s advised to use some sticky notes and to put them in places where you'll see them: on the mirror in the bathroom, on the screen of your computer, your wallet, car — wherever you find convenient to work for you. It’s imperative to always remind yourself to lavish words generously on yourself till it becomes habitual — a healthy addiction.?
I am love. I am purpose. I was made with divine intention.
I don’t sweat the small stuff.
I can. I will. End of story.
I am adventurous. I overcome fears by following my dreams.
I feed my spirit. I train my body. I focus my mind. It’s my time.
I oversee how I feel, and today I’m choosing happiness.
I am my own superhero.
I will not compare myself to strangers on the internet.
I am choosing and not waiting to be chosen.
I am enough.
I am whole.
I have the power to create change.
I let go of all that no longer serves me.
I can do all the things.
I refuse to give up because I haven’t tried all possible ways.
I deserve the best and I accept the best now.
I’m going to make you so proud.
My presence is my power.
5. Filter Your Thoughts and Channel Them the Right Way.
You've got to go with what feels instinctive and true to your heart and filter out all the other stuff.
— Alison Goldfrapp
In his book As a Man Thinketh, James Allen once quipped, “As a man thinks, so he is; as a man continues to think, so he remains.” One important observation you might have made is how easy it is for your mind to build myriads of overwhelming negative thoughts. They just never stop till you take the effort to stop them. The negative thoughts not only stress you out, but swirl a drama that restricts and traps you. Regularly exercising instead with a made-up elevating story that runs like a movie script with potent visualizations will come in handy. Build your story with a positive outline. It gets better the longer you tell yourself this story. More so, you should tweak the story to one where all your dreams come to fruition and all your goals are accomplished. The more you do this (each time with a different plot but all with the end goal of having all your dreams come true despite all odds), your dreams get internalized, as if they are something that you have already achieved.
Facing your fears can also help to direct your thoughts to the path of positivity. Fear is mostly what holds you back from your success. You loathe taking chances because you fear losing the security that you enjoy now. You try to convince yourself that you are happy in your current state when in fact, you are not. Your self-talk may sound positive in your attempt to lie to yourself. But somehow, there is an inner knowing that you are short changing yourself. Ask yourself what you are afraid of. What can be the worst that can happen? Take a step-by-step approach in breaking down your fears, and see if there is any way of looking at things СКАЧАТЬ
