Virgos can be quite vocal in expressing their opinions, especially if their judgment is solicited. While they are generous in accommodating faults, they’re blunt in pointing out someone’s shortcomings. Due to their intrinsic desire for perfection, they’re profusely critical and leave others flabbergasted at the candour with which they expose others.
As you can deduce from my description of your Virgo friend, truth is a double-edged sword—for both of you. They may appear distant and emotionally hesitant on occasions, but it’s their way of preventing their emotions from being sullied by circumstances. To them, being transparent, honest and unaffected by superfluous issues is important when it comes to drawing conclusions.
In friendships they are guarded until comfortable, and they accommodate all viewpoints, even those that stand in contrast with their own. They can easily adapt to an eclectic mix of people and are a lot of fun. Due to the swift movement of Mercury, relaxed Virgos can be humorous, easygoing and cheerful.
In matters of money, don’t even attempt to take liberties with your Virgo friend. They see through pretence and smell a rat quicker than you can imagine. They only understand fairness, and if they don’t confront you with your scheming ways, their solution is to silently disappear from your life. Don’t let this happen, as it would be a shame to lose such a trusted ally.

Virgo enemies don’t like to make a public spectacle of their feelings towards you. Although exceedingly sharp and communicative, they prefer to repress the negativity and drift away silently.
Before they disappear from your life forever, pay attention to when they start to appear diffident and reserved in your presence. ‘Shutdown mode’ is usually the first sign that Virgo is becoming your enemy. If you find yourself in this situation, it might be a good idea to reflect on your honesty and faithfulness towards them. Have you slighted them in any way? Remember, Virgo will not put up with disrespect in any form.
If you’ve incurred their wrath, they’ll voice their opinion and strip you down to your bare bones. Virgos can be rather vehement when it comes to speaking their mind. If you want to reconcile with them, a sincere apology with candid communication is the first step.

Like all earth signs, Virgos go to painstaking lengths to ensure that their haven is simple, elegant and comfortable. They prefer earthy elements, such as plants, stones, crystals, fresh air and sunlight, each of which finds a special place in their living space. These things impart a relaxed, open and comfortable feel for guests and the people living there.
This humble and undemanding approach to styling conveys an underlying simplicity and orderliness that comforts you immensely, Virgo, even though it may not be in sync with your guests’ independent living styles. This is particularly true with radical Virgos who cover their furniture and carpet with sheets or plastic, and who lose sleep over the tiniest speck of dirt in the house. My advice would be to dispense with the plastic. A house is meant to be lived in and experienced; it’s not sterile ground that needs to be kept sparkling clean.
Your furnishings have a conventional and unfussy feel to them, and because you’re constantly creating something, there will be computers or paperwork scattered throughout. At the same time, orderliness and neatness is the underlying ethos, even in chaos.
You selflessly care for and nurture your loved ones, and you can’t bear to see them uncomfortable or uneasy in any way. You’re courteous in a very humble way, and you put your loved ones at ease. You don’t make demands of people, and your altruism can be heart-warming for others.
Earthy colours such as green, brown and sand, as well as wheat and wood blends, have a calming effect on your psyche. Natural materials like timber and stone are used generously in your physical space, and a lush garden full of blossoms and greens makes the Virgo home complete.
At the same time, try not to over-exaggerate the detailing and perfection in your design and layout. A structured approach may not harmonise with the natural, earthy and easy-going feeling that such textures and materials exude. Your focus is to create a relaxed and welcoming ambience with earthy elements, not a stifling sterile precinct that is psychologically jarring.
