      It is the inner turmoil and fear that we project into the world that causes the natural disasters we are witnessing at the moment.

       The earth is mirroring the fear and negative energies that we are holding within and expressing without. These energies have been building for hundreds of years being passed down from generation to generation. When we learn to balance the energy and project only love and light we will live lives filled with peace and abundance.

      When we feel out of balance a twenty minute walk in nature, along a beach or just somewhere outside that is relaxing can help bring us back into sync. Walk barefoot though, as that will allow you to reconnect with the earth energies and shift any energy blocks within your body.

      We spend too much time nowdays in our houses, cars, on our computers or mobile phones and around energy fields that deplete us and make us feel lethargic and depressed.

      I am at this moment sitting on a chair typing on my laptop, I am completely disconnected from the source, years ago I would have been sitting in a park writing on paper and allowing the flow within an environment that would nurture me and keep me free from all energy depleting and tiring demands on my body.

      Because I am aware of this I often write outside for inspiration and then just transfer what I have written at a later date.

      We talk on mobile phones continually that are receiving a signal that just plays havoc with our personal energy fields and our ability to heal our bodies is greatly diminished.

      We all have to take charge of our lives, Our body is our temple to carry us on this journey. Understanding how it is affected by what we do will enable us to live a wonderful healthful abundant life.
