      Перестройка, сконструированная по модели Пропаганды, в рамках которой конечную идеологическую задачу прячут за той, что декларируется, легко вошла в умы, поскольку СССР привык к ритуальной идеологии, которая присутствовала всегда, а ее нюансы могли видеть только те, кто этой идеологией занимался. Перестройка начального этапа была правильным и обычным советским «телодвижением», которое в конце вдруг обернулось совершенно новым поворотом истории, которого никто не ждал.
