      Гуманитарные организации, работающие в самых горячих точках мира, всегда стараются поддерживать диалог со всеми сторонами конфликта, поскольку поступить иначе и выбирать с кем разговаривать, означало бы поставить под угрозу свою способность предоставлять помощь тем, кто в ней более всего нуждается.

      Для того, чтобы гуманитарные организации могли добраться до людей, которые как в западне находятся в зоне конфликта, все стороны должны понимать, что они не несут с собой политическую, религиозную или экономическую программу – цель их присутствия только в том, чтобы оказать остро необходимую помощь. Именно поэтому таким вещам, как политическая, этническая или религиозная принадлежность, не место в гуманитарной работе.
