      Отметим здесь, что перевод слова advisory как консультативный несколько неточен. Действительно, более точный перевод был бы «тельный», так как advise означает совет, а advisor – советник. Но по-русски такой термин звучит плохо, и все используют для перевода консультативный. Различие же в том, что консультант консультирует, лишь когда его спросят, СКАЧАТЬ
