Matt. 5,31 It has been said, Whoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement:

      chap. 19,3-9; Mark 10,4-12

Matt. 5,32 But I say to you, That whoever shall put away his wife, except for the cause of fornication, makes her to commit adultery: and whoever shall marry her that is divorced commits adultery.

Matt. 5,33 Again, you have heard that it has been said to them of old time, You shall not perjure yourself, but shall perform to YAHWEH your oaths:

      Matt. 5,34 But I say to you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is the throne of YAHWEH;

      chap. 2,16-22; Is.66,1

Matt. 5,35 Nor by the earth, for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.

Matt. 5,39 But I say to you, That you resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also.

      Chapter 6

Matt. 6,1 Take heed that you do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise you have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

Matt. 6,2 Therefore when you do your alms, do not sound a trumpet before yo, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Truly I say to you, They have their reward.

      1 Cor. 13,3

Matt. 6,3 But when you do alms, let not your left hand know what your right hand does:

      chap. 25,37-40; Rom. 12,8

Matt. 6,4 That your alms are in secret: and your Father which sees in secret himself shall reward you openly.

Matt. 6,5 And when you pray, you shall not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Truly I say to you, They have their reward.

Matt. 6,6 But you, when you pray, enter into your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father which is in secret; and your Father which sees in secret shall reward you openly.

Matt. 6,7 But when you pray, use not vain repetitions, as the nations (heathen) do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

      Is. 1,15

Matt. 6,8 Be not therefore like them: for your Father knows what things you have need of, before you ask him.

Matt. 6,9 After this manner therefore pray: Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be your name.
