He is a scientist that wanted to conduct his experiments that built his Quantum Energy Star Wars operations technologies systems. He needed to experiment with death and seamless technology on the backs of our body bag and invasion operations he studied and interacted with seamlessly. The people killed were experimental candidates for his research and every year he is in control of more and more of the quantum energies that control and shape battlefields all over the world.

      Where else can you do experiments that kill people or save people’s lives and not be charged for the murders?

      He was attacked by the Bush Administration with our micro wave technologies and they transmitted sound waves that placed voices in his brain and drove him insane; because Dick Cheney classified him as a threat to the nation. Actually they just decided he was too much of a legal eagle boy scout and of no value any longer so they used the torture technology to get rid of him.

      Phil and Veronica have been texting for the last hour and his head is spinning. Phil texts Veronica; I need to see you in person on a personal issue.
