This book is dedicated to the people of Mexico, my new home land.

Introduction
Thirty years ago, I left the Chicago area to live in Sarasota, FL. I remember so clearly the excitement of starting a new life. And, a great life it has been.
As we drove through Texas to spend our last night in the Unites States, I found myself in the same place. I was so excited about new places to see, new people to meet, and most of all, new opportunities.
This time it was harder to leave the friends that became family; those that will forever hold a place in our hearts.
Our new home will soon be Mexico. Once again, we hope to bring with us only our best and to leave behind all that we no longer wish to carry.
Throughout this book, you will read about never taking negative emotions from one relationship to the next. Moving from one place to another, the same applies, even if your move is across town or from one job to the next.
This book is filled with quotes–most are mine, a few are of Mahatma Gandhi and a few are just quotes that I live by.
Who is it you want to be? How do you wish others to see you? It is never too late to change; it’s never too late to become the person your dog thinks you are!
God speed and God bless you and yours.

Walk With Me
With each stone I cross, the wear of thousands of leather soles have left their mark as they have crossed before me. From man’s very first memory, this has been the only path to choose. The rich and the poor walk side by side as they always have and always will.
Few will ever reach the end of the road without veering to the right or to the left. Some may do it only once; others may do it again and again.
The price one must pay to reach the end of the road is very high. At times, you may feel it’s more than should be asked of you. You may endure scorching heat, freezing cold, arid deserts or raging rivers around any corner.
Walk with me … with each step we’ll come closer to understanding the truth, the true meaning of life. We’ll learn to see through the words of man to see the real meaning of God’s truth. You will realize the written word of Man will never be able to change the divine message God sends each of us.
The history of Jesus has been written and rewritten time and time again. Be it the truth or lie, no one here is to judge; that is not ours to do.
Come walk with me. Listen not as they speak of the seven sins or the depths of hell, they are nothing more than the words of false prophets. They rewrite what they call the laws of God so that their church coffers will be forever filled with gold and silver. Their words are not the words of God. They are of the third act of a theater play.
Come walk with me. All I can do is show you the way to the end of the road, be here to catch you if you fall and to encourage you if you feel despair.
If you do walk with me to the end of the path, you too will feel his grace. You may feel unworthy of his gaze, but never forget it was he who chose you.
Along the way, always ask another to walk with you as I have asked you to walk with me. You see no one should ever walk alone.
In the name of my Father, and of my Brother and as a spark of the Holy Spirit found in each of us may you too will be blessed.

“Where to pray? For many it’s in a house of worship or a holy place.
To others, they understand that every place on earth is a place to pray. Every corner of the world is a corner in his house.”
Wade Yarchan
“It doesn’t matter where you came from nor does it matter where in the world you’re going.
All that matters is what you do along the way.”
