1Prepare Best Party Dip Ever and spread evenly on platter. Then top with one of these fabulous toppings.
2Topping 1: In a medium skillet add oil and thin strips of pepperoni slices, ham, and turkey. Saute until crisp. Drain and top dip. Serve with a veggie platter.
3Topping 2: Mix crab meat and olives in a bowl and sprinkle on top of dip. Serve with veggie crackers.
4Topping 3: Spread shredded cheese evenly and place tomatoes and chilies on top. Serve with favorite flavor of tortilla chips.
5Topping 4: In a bowl add pepperoni cubes, pizza seasoning, and mozzarella cheese. Spread evenly on top of dip or top mini bagel pizzas and serve.

Chicken and Black Bean Cheese Dip
1 cup rotisserie chicken chunks or 3-4 small pieces of rotisserie chicken 1 (14 oz can) black beans, drained 1 cup American cheese, shredded 2 cups cheddar and/or Monterrey jack cheese, finely shredded | 1 (10 oz can) tomatoes with green chilies, drained 1 (10 ¾ oz can) soup, cream of chicken 2 cups milk salt to taste |
Procedure
1First, cube chicken into bite sized pieces.
2In a large skillet add all ingredients and simmer on medium-low heat. Stir well to mix all ingredients. Heat until all cheeses are melted and bubbly or about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

1 (12 oz) jar cheese sauce ½ cup milk 1 cup ground beef, cooked and drained, see recipe | 3 slices American cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby-jack cheese ¼ tsp hot red pepper flakes or to taste |
Procedure
1In a large non-stick skillet or sauce pan, add all ingredients and heat on medium-low heat. Simmer and stir until bubbly.
2Remove from heat and let stand to thicken. Serve warm.
