I won’t tell you anything new here, we all know what to do, it is just doing what we know will give us that satisfaction of a good result.
You will need to worry about the curb appeal only if you are an owner of a house or a townhouse. If you own a townhouse stile condo you are a bit limited with what you can do because it is up to condo association to take care of an outside walls and fences, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t do a little improvement too.
Here is a list of things that may help you to determine your plan of actions:
•Outside walls need to be washed or if you have stucco finishing then brush off the spider webs and dust.
•Windows need to be washed.
•Driveway is washed and free of cars.
•If you selling your house during the winter time make sure there is no snow on the driveway and or sidewalks.
•If you selling your house in the warm season make sure you cut and fertilize the lawn, refresh flower beds.
•Refreshing the paint on the outside of the house and the front porch will give your house that fresh feel of a looked after place.
•Have a nice BBQ at the end, because you worked hard and you deserve a good reward.
