      Ps 13,2 Wie lange soll ich sorgen in meiner Seele und mich ängsten in meinem Herzen täglich? Wie lange soll sich mein Feind über mich erheben?

      KJV + EL = How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? How long shall my enemy be exalted over me?

      Ps 13,3 Schaue doch und erhöre mich, O JAHWEH, mein Gott [Elohim]! Erleuchte meine Augen, daß ich nicht dem Tode entschlafe,

      KJV + EL = Consider and hear me, O YAHWEH my Elohim: lighten my eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;

      Ps 13,4 daß nicht mein Feind rühme, er sei mein mächtig geworden, und meine Widersacher sich nicht freuen, daß ich niederlage.

      KJV + EL = Lest my enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.

      Ps 13,5 Ich hoffe aber darauf, daß du so gnädig bist; mein Herz freut sich, daß du so gerne hilfst.

      KJV + EL = But I have trusted in your mercy; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation.

      Ps 13,6 Ich will JAHWEH singen, daß er so wohl an mir tut.

      KJV + EL = I will sing to YAHWEH, because he has dealt bountifully with me.

      Psalm 14

      Ps 14,1 Ein Psalm Davids, vorzusingen. Die Toren sprechen in ihrem Herzen: Es ist kein Gott [Elohim]. Sie taugen nichts und sind ein Greuel mit ihrem Wesen; da ist keiner, der Gutes tue.

      KJV + EL = To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The fool has said in his heart, There is no Elohim. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that does good.

      Ps 14,2 JAHWEH schaut vom Himmel auf der Menschen Kinder, daß er sehe, ob jemand klug sei und nach Gott [Elohim] frage.

      KJV + EL = YAHWEH looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek Elohim.

      Ps 33,13

      Ps 14,3 Aber sie sind alle abgewichen und allesamt untüchtig; da ist keiner, der Gutes tue, auch nicht einer.

      KJV + EL = They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that does good, no, not one.

      Ps 14,4 Will denn der Übeltäter keiner das merken, die mein Volk fressen, daß sie sich nähren; aber JAHWEH rufen sie nicht an?

      Ps 14,5 Da fürchten sie sich; denn Gott [Elohim] ist bei dem Geschlecht der Gerechten.

      KJV + EL = There were they in great fear: for Elohim is in the generation of the righteous.

      Ps 14,6 Ihr schändet des Armen Rat; aber Gott// JAHWEH ist seine Zuversicht.

      KJV + EL = You have shamed the counsel of the poor, but YAHWEH is his refuge.

      Ps 12,6

      Ps 14,7 Ach daß die Hilfe aus Zion über Israel käme und JAHWEH sein gefangenes Volk erlöste! So würde Jakob fröhlich sein und Israel sich freuen.

      KJV + EL = Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when YAHWEH brings back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

      Psalm 15

      Ps 15,1 Ein Psalm Davids. JAHWEH, wer wird wohnen in deiner Hütte? Wer wird bleiben auf deinem heiligen Berge?

      KJV + EL = A Psalm of David. YAHWEH, who shall abide in your tabernacle? Who shall dwell in your holy hill?

      Ps 84,5

      Ps 15,2 Wer ohne Tadel einhergeht und recht tut und redet die Wahrheit von Herzen;

      KJV + EL = He that walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart.

      Jes 33,15

      Ps 15,3 wer mit seiner Zunge nicht verleumdet und seinen Nächstem kein Arges tut und seinen Nächsten nicht schmäht;

      KJV + EL = He that backbites not with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbor, nor takes up a reproach against his neighbor.

      Ps 15,4 ELBEFELDER 1871 = In dessen Augen verachtet ist der Verworfene, der aber die ehrt, welche JAHWEH fürchten; hat er zum Schaden geschworen, so ändert er es nicht:

      KJV + EL = In whose eyes a vile person is contemned/ despised; but he honors them that fear YAHWEH. He that swears to his own hurt, and changes not.

      Ps 15,5 wer sein Geld nicht auf Wucher gibt und nimmt nicht Geschenke gegen den Unschuldigen: wer das tut, der wird wohl bleiben (wird nicht wanken in Ewigkeit).

      KJV + EL = He that puts not out his money at interest, nor takes reward against the innocent. He that does these things shall never be moved.

      Psalm 16

      Ps 16,1 Ein gülden Kleinod Davids. Bewahre mich O Gott [El]; denn ich traue auf dich.

      KJV + EL + WEBSTER = A mictam of David. Preserve me, O El; for in you do I put my trust.

      Ps 16,2 LUTHER 1545 + ELBERFELDER 1871 = Du, meine Seele, ich habe zu JAHWEH gesagt: Du bist JAHWEH; meine Güte reicht nicht hinauf zu dir (es gibt kein Gut [oder Glück] für mich außer dir).

      KJV + EL = O my soul, you have said to YAHWEH, You are my YAHWEH: my goodness extends not to you;

      Ps 73,25

      Ps 16,3 An den Heiligen, so auf Erden sind, und den Herrlichen, an denen hab ich all mein Gefallen/ meine Freude.

      KJV + EL = But to the saints that are in the earth, and to the excellent, in whom is all my delight.

      Ps 16,4 LUTHER 1545 + MENGE = Vielfaches Leid erwächst den Verehrers anderer Götter. Ich will ihre Trankopfer mit Blut nicht spenden noch ihren Namen in meinem Munde führen.

      KJV + EL = Their sorrows shall be multiplied that give gifts to another idols: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips.

      Ps 16,5 JAHWEH aber ist mein Gut und mein Teil; du erhältst mein Erbteil.

      KJV + EL = YAHWEH is the portion of my inheritance and of my cup: you maintain my lot.
