СКАЧАТЬ единый свод правил, идентичный для всех стран, а лишь следование общим рамкам, целям и принципам на основе субсидиарности. Неизменным остается тот факт, что Европейский союз, несмотря на тяжелые кризисные времена, остается и, видимо, будет оставаться привлекательным для граждан третьих стран в течение длительного времени. Это обстоятельство, несомненно, сыграет свою роль в тот момент, когда европейские политики будут принимать конкретные решения по вопросу о том, следует ли им ограничивать приток иммигрантов.
