      Em

      Emma trained at East 15 Acting School. Her theatre credits include: Upper Cut (Southwark Playhouse); Fast Track (The North Wall Arts Centre); Clean (The Traverse Theatre and 59e59 Theatres, New York); Crash (North Wall Arts Centre and Arcola Theatre); Hurried Steps (Brighton Dome, The Cockpit Theatre, Dukes Theatre Lancaster); A New World Order (Shoreditch Town Hall, Barbican and Hydrocracker Theatre); Bussin It (Oval House Theatre, Camp Festival) and Millennium (Vineyard Theatre, New York). Emma’s screen work includes: Trap for Cinderella (Forthcoming Productions); The Naked Poet (Triple Threat Media) and the BBC Over The Rainbow Promo (Red Bee Media).

      Sam has recently graduated from ALRA where he enjoyed a diverse range of roles. He played Edward Knowles in You Can Still Make A Killing and Will Bennett in Blue Stockings. Other productions at ALRA include The Comedy of Errors, Sense and Sensibility, Richard III, Electra and The Crucible.

       Kimisha Lewis

      Dayz

      Training: Rose Bruford. Credits whilst training: Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, Tituba in The Crucible and Sister Hope in Table. Kimisha is making her professional debut in this production.

       Edward Nkom

      Ty

      Edward trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. In the theatre he played Holgy/Wade in Guantanamo Boy for Brolly Productions and on screen he was recently seen in the four-part TV series The Marriage of Reason & Squalor for Sky Arts. While at drama school Edward enjoyed playing a variety of parts including Zak in Moonfleece, Butch in Absolute Hell and Cornwall in King Lear.

       Lisa Evans

      Playwright

      Lisa Evans is an award-winning playwright whose plays include Up The Duff, Glory Glory, The Tenant of Wildfell Hall, The Angel Tide and Cat’s Eye. Alongside a highly successful career in television and radio, she has been Writer in Residence at Theatre Centre, London, and for Temba Theatre Company, and Associate Writer at Theatre by the Lake, Keswick. Getting to the Foot of the Mountain, Jamaica Inn, Once We Were Mothers, East Lynne, Keep Smiling Through, Stamping, Shouting and Singing Home, Villette, and The Day the Waters Came are published by Oberon Books.

       Natalie Wilson

      Director

      Natalie studied Theatre Studies at Glasgow University. She was awarded a Scottish Arts Council Trainee Director Bursary with 7:84 (Scotland) before becoming Associate Director at the New Vic Theatre, Newcastle-under-Lyme. She set up Truant Company in 2005, and was appointed Artistic Director of Theatre Centre in 2007, leading the company into its 60th year and beyond.

      Her directing credits include: Valley Song (7:84); Travels With My Aunt, Loot, East Is East (New Vic); Amy’s View (Salisbury Playhouse); Beautiful Thing (Nottingham Playhouse); Brighton Beach Memoirs (Oldham Coliseum); Smilin’ Through (Birmingham Rep/Contact Theatre); Martha Loves Michael (Pleasance, Edinburgh Fringe); Rigged, The Day The Waters Came, Advice for the Young at Heart, The Muddy Choir (Theatre Centre). In 2011, she received a New Writing Encouragement Award from the Writers Guild of Great Britain.

       Emma Donovan

      Designer

      Credits include: The Muddy Choir (Theatre Centre); Kes (Cast Doncaster); Sing Yer Heart Out For The Lads, Abigail’s Party (Pilot Theatre); The Importance of Being Earnest (York Theatre Royal); Eugine Onegin (Scottish Opera); The Shop at Sly Corner (Pitlochry Festival Theatre); Smilin’ Through, Forward (both Birmingham Rep Theatre Company).

      Emma also lectures in Theatre Design at Nottingham Trent University.

       Charlie Lucas

      Lighting Designer
